The Busch Gardens Williamsburg theme park also offers special concessions to the members of military and currently those who are in ‘Active Duty, Active Reserve, National Guard Service and the branches of military’ along with their spouses and dependents are entitled to free admission for one day at the theme park.
The theme park is divided in various areas that have been influenced by various European countries. Some of the most popular roller coaster rides are the “Loch Ness Monster” that continues from 1978. While the Grover’s Alpine Express has been recently introduced.
Each of the areas has its own rides. For instance Banbarry Cross (that resembles England) has the “Globe Theatre” that is a replica of William Shakespeare’s performance theatre (but is double the size of the original monument). It has hosted many live events as well as films.
