The Kings Island has been recently voted as the best theme park in the Mid West. Now the park is going to remain open till midnight on 4th, 11th, 25th July and on 1st August. On other days the park will remain open from 11 in the morning till 7 in the evening. There are more than 80 rides, shows and events that have been especially planned for all visitors. These also include 15 superb roller coasters.

The Boomerang Bay

The water park at Kings Island is known as Boomerang Bay that is spread over 15 acres. The Boomerang bay has an Australian theme and has a number of water slides and rides for children and adults. Kids under 48” should wear a life jacket in “The Great Barrier Reef” and “ Crocodile Run”. You can also enjoy at the 36,000 square feet pool wave.

Family Rides

At the family rides, the “Adventure Express” is a roller coaster that is medium intensity. While at the “Congo falls” you will splash into the water when you go down 43 feet down the waterfall. The classic bumper cars never go out of fashion in “Dodgem”.

Nickelodeon Universe

At “Nickelodeon Universe”, kids can have their own fun on “Backyardigans Swing Along” swings, “Go Diego Do” where kids can hop aboard a jeep swing. There are bumper cars for the little kids at “Jimmy Neutron’s Atom Smashers”. Kids can also enjoy looking down at the Nickelodeon on “Lazytown Sportacopters”, where they can have a bird’s eye view.

The Kings Island Theme park tickets will also allow admission to special events and shows. The events are free unless otherwise mentioned. Take the “VIP Tour” where you will be taken for a scheduled tour for 8 hours around the park by a personal guide tour. You can experience the rides, as you will be placed right in front of the lines.
