Disney’s Typoon Lagoon is part of Walt Disney’s World Resort. It’s one of the most popular Florida Theme Parks and is visited by millions of people round the year. This is one of the two waterparks. It has many fast surf slides and also has children’s areas where there are smaller raft rides for the kiddies.

These are some of the attractions that can be enjoyed in Typoon Lagoon Theme Park

Humunga Kowabunga
There are 3 side-by-side 214-foot long speed surf slides that are fully enclosed. Visitors will slide down 5 storeys in a matter of few seconds. This is meant especially for the teens and the adults that are 48” and above.

Surf Pool
This is fun for all ages. It has crystal clear blue waters and 6-foot waves as well as smaller waves give visitors a chance to have all the fun.

Castaway Creek
This is a gently winding down stream that can be enjoyed by guests of all age groups.

Crush ‘n’ Gusher
There are 3 separate roller coaster type water rides, where you can slide down on rafts. 3 guests can ride down together or if they are brave enough, take the ride by themselves.

Gang Plank Falls
This is a medium intensity waterfall that can be enjoyed by big kids, adults and teens. The rafts can accommodate 4 people at one time.

The other waterslide rides are Keelhaul Falls and Mayday Falls. There are 3 storm slides at the Typoon Lagoon Theme Park and they send the visitors rushing down 3 storeys with many twists and turns.

Visit The Shark Reef
At this theme park, you can even snorkel with two types of Sharks, Stingray and a number of tropical fishes in their saltwater tank. All equipment including snorkels, masks and lifejackets at provided free of cost.

Smaller children can enjoy their own rides at Ketchakiddee Creek
 There are 10 separate play activities for the younger children, where they have their own slides and rides . This water play area is meant for all children that are below 48” in height.
